Alex Wolansky

Alex Wolansky's work experience begins in 2014, where they worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Intern at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance. In 2016, they interned at CreditSights and also served as a Summer Intern at the Restorative Justice Project of the Midcoast. From 2017 to 2018, Alex worked as a FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector at Vanguard Emergency Management. Since 2018, they have been employed at Marcus & Millichap, starting as an Associate and progressing to Senior Associate, Vice President, and currently First Vice President. At Marcus & Millichap, Alex specializes in advising and representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and single-tenant retail investment properties in Houston, Texas. Alex has also been recognized as a "Heavy Hitter" by Houston Business Journal in 2023, 2022, and 2021 for being one of the top ten grossing commercial real estate agents selling retail properties in Greater Houston. Additionally, Alex is the co-founder and manager of the Lagos Retail Group, a successful retail investment sales team in the South-Central United States.

Alex Wolansky attended Colby College from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Sociology (Honors and Distinction). Alex also pursued a minor in Managerial Economics during their time at the college.
