Anaam Mukthar

Anaam Mukthar is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as an Events Chef at Alexander Hotels Collection since January 2022. Prior experiences include roles as Chef (Locations) at Big Sky Studios from February 2014 to September 2021, and various chef positions at respected establishments such as St James's Palace, Salvation Army, and the Royal Airforce Museum. Additionally, Anaam has held temporary executive chefs roles and was a Head Pastry Chef at Hyatt Regency, overseeing high-volume catering for events and fine dining. Anaam's educational background includes a BSc Hons in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and an ACCA degree from the London School of Business & Finance.
