Ella Morgan-Crosby

Ella Morgan-Crosby is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Corporate HR Director at Alexander McQueen since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ella was the Head of People at Finisterre from November 2021 to June 2023. Ella's extensive experience in HR spans over a decade at Jimmy Choo, where various positions included Head of HR for Head Office and Global Operations, Senior HR Manager, Global HR Manager, Global HR Advisor, Global HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, and HR Intern. Ella holds a CIPD qualification from Acacia Learning and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern and Contemporary History from Queen Mary University of London. Educational background also includes attendance at Devonport High School For Girls and Kelly College.
