Esther van Beek is a seasoned healthcare management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Esther serves as the Manager Zorg en Bedrijfsvoering at Alexander Monro Ziekenhuis, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Esther managed regional safety advice as an interim manager at ProRail and led national operations for railways. Esther's earlier roles include Head of the Operating Room at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek and Sint Maartenskliniek, as well as operational and logistical management positions in other hospitals. With a strong educational background, including a recent Masterclass in Accounting and Finance from Nyenrode Business University, Esther also holds advanced certifications in patient logistics and operating room supervision from reputable institutions.
