John Bullard

John Bullard has extensive experience in various positions within the fields of law enforcement, insurance consulting, and marketing. Currently serving as an Independent Loss Control Representative at Alexander & Schmidt since June 2023, and as a Commercial Consultant- Insurance Inspector at Preferred Reports, LLC since May 2021, Bullard demonstrates a commitment to professional excellence. Previous experience includes testimony in California Superior Court as a Friction Ridge Examiner for the Riverside County District Attorney's Office from 1998 to 2013, focusing on fingerprint identification and crime scene processing. Earlier roles also include Code Enforcement Officer/Community Service Officer for the Indio Police Department and Sales/Marketing positions at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. Bullard earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
