Sara Barnes

Sara Barnes has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Sara began their career as a Design Intern at Tory Burch in 2012. Sara then interned at Elizabeth and James in 2013 before joining the company as an Assistant Handbag Designer from 2015 to 2016. Sara also worked at Gap Inc. as a Freelance Designer and a Paid Intern in the Accessory Design department in 2015. In 2017, they joined Alexander Wang Inc. as a Handbag Designer and later transitioned to the role of Senior Designer for Handbags, Accessories, and Jewelry in February 2021.

Sara Barnes attended Parsons School of Design from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
