Karusha Moodley

Karusha Moodley has extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer (Solutions & Enablement) and Managing Director for long-term insurance at Alexander Forbes since January 2013. This includes oversight of the long-term insurance business during its sale process. Previous roles include Acting MD for long-term insurance, Chief Operating Officer for the insurance cluster, Retail CFO, and positions in financial reporting. Prior experience includes working as Group Financial Manager at Sanyati Construction and Group Financial Accountant at Investec, among others. Karusha Moodley holds several qualifications, including Chartered Accountant designation from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and degrees in Commerce from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and Ridge Park College. Additionally, training as a Life Coach was completed at the Health Coach Institute of America.
