Tejs Scharling has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career in 1998 as a Student Programmer at the Department of Ecology and Genetics. In 2001, Tejs became a Project Manager at the Bioinformatics Research Center, where they conducted bioinformatics research and managed student programmers. They then moved on to work as a Health Project Coordinator at IMCC Bolivia, where they planned and implemented primary health care programs and improved health infrastructure. In 2004, Tejs became a Software Developer at Marimatech, and in 2006, they joined Conscius as a Software Engineer. Currently, Tejs works as a Research & Innovation Specialist at Alexandra Instituttet, focusing on research and development of innovative new products in the area of pervasive positioning and Location Based Services.
