Stephanie Landrum

Stephanie Landrum serves as the President & CEO of the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership (AEDP), a position held since February 2005, following roles as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President. Under Stephanie's leadership, AEDP focuses on growing the tax base, diversifying the economy, and attracting businesses to Alexandria, Virginia. Stephanie also provided transitional leadership as Acting Executive Director for a public/private partnership, successfully maintaining services during a period of decreased staffing. Previously, from January 1999 to February 2005, Stephanie worked as Projects Coordinator for the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation, managing revitalization efforts in older commercial areas. Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in City & Regional Planning from the University of Virginia.
