Parker Castle has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1992, Parker worked in satellite systems repair and tactical satellite communications systems repair for the 7th Signal Brigade in the US Army. In 2000, Parker became the Telecommunications NCOIC for the Army Operations Center Pentagon, where they performed configuration, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of classified and unclassified LAN systems. In 2004, Parker transitioned to SRA International as a Systems Engineer. From 2007 to 2012, Parker worked at QinetiQ as the Acquisition Team Lead for Command and Control Radios. Following this, Parker joined CBAIA as a Program and Proposal Manager, responsible for contract management and small business development. In 2018, Parker worked as a Senior System Engineer at Perspecta and then as a Technical Project Manager at GDIT. Most recently, Parker is serving as the Technical Lead for Program Manager Communications Systems at Alexandria Insights, Inc., where they are responsible for leading program communications for the USMC.

Parker Castle completed a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Technology from Park University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Business and Information Management Systems at the University of Mary Washington, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Parker Castle obtained certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
