Kelly Landriault

Kelly Landriault is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and generalist roles within various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Alexandria Moulding since June 2022, Kelly has also held positions such as Human Resources Specialist at the Children’s Aid Society of SD&G and contributed to HR functions at Lactalis Canada and Axalta, among others. With extensive experience managing both unionized and non-unionized environments, Kelly has a proven track record in policy development, training, recruitment, and labor relations. Academic achievements include a Business Administration degree with distinction from St. Lawrence College and specialized training in Negotiation Skills from Queen's University.
