Alan Portillo

Alan Portillo is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer II for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting 1,500 users, providing software and hardware support, and managing user accounts via Active Directory.
