Mary Horner is a legal professional with extensive experience in housing law and social justice. Currently serving as the Division Chief of the Landlord Tenant Division in the Office of Housing for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, since May 2024, Mary previously held the position of Housing Justice Senior Staff Attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia from May 2018 to May 2024, focusing on preventing evictions and supporting community housing initiatives. Mary’s legal career also includes roles as an Attorney at Law at MercerTrigiani and a Judicial Law Clerk at the Alexandria Circuit Court, as well as a Judicial Extern for Hon. S. Williams in Henrico.
