Mia Sodeyama Mulrennan, Psy.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review and a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group, Mia also holds an appointed position as the Office Tourism and Business Community Representative for the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Previously, as Chief People Officer & CHRO at Star Restaurant Group and the International Dairy Foods Association, Mia led initiatives in talent management and organizational culture. Additionally, Mia has a notable background as CEO of Rave-Worthy and founding faculty for Georgetown University's Masters of Global Hospitality Leadership Program, where recognition was received for teaching excellence.
