Janelle MacOne

Janelle Macone currently serves as Executive Director of Operations at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a position held since April 2018, following roles as Senior Director and Director of Operations. Prior experience includes working as a Brokerage Operations Coordinator at JLL and as a Special Events Assistant with Boston University Athletics, contributing to event management for various sports. Janelle was also a Student Athlete on the Women's Lacrosse team, recognized on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and the Patriot League Honor Roll. Additional experience includes an internship as a Project Engineer with John Moriarty & Associates. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and participated in a summer study abroad program at John Cabot University.
