Philip Dudley

Philip Dudley is a Senior Director of Asset Services at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., overseeing nine life science and office buildings in the Seattle area since March 2021. Previously, Philip held various property management roles at Hines from July 2013 to March 2021, culminating in the position of General Property Manager for the Rufus 2.0 Amazon campus. Philip's military experience includes serving as an Operations Officer and Information Operations Officer with the Washington Army National Guard, as well as several roles in the US Army, where leadership and operational planning were key responsibilities. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Cedarville University.
