Helalley Helalley has extensive experience in the field of water and wastewater management. Helalley began their career in 1986 as the Manager of the research laboratory at Alexandria Sanitary Drainage Company. Helalley then went on to hold various leadership positions within the company, including Head of Wastewater Treatment Plants and Head of the Scientific Committee. In 2004, they served as the General Manager of West Treatment. From 2010 onwards, Helalley took on the role of Head of Industrial Wastewater Management, Sludge Treatment, and Effluent Reuse Sector, where they managed activities related to industrial effluent control, sludge treatment, and treated effluent reuse systems. Helalley also worked as a consultant for Alexandria Sugar Company, focusing on maximizing industrial pay product systems. Most recently, Helalley has been working as an Expert of Water and Wastewater at a company called Free.

Helalley Helalley's education history began with attending El Morkosia secondary school from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained a degree with a grade of 77.5%. Helalley then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Soil and Water at Alexandria University from 1977 to 1981. Later on, from 1984 to 1988, Helalley completed their M.Sc. in Environmental Science at Alexandria University, with a specialization in Waste-water Chemistry. Continuing their educational journey, they attended Suez Canal University from 1996 to 2002, earning a Ph.D. in Environmental Science with a focus on waste-water management. Furthermore, Helalley obtained a certification in Waste Water Chemistry from Alexandria University, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
