Cynthia M.

Cynthia M. is an accomplished Field Medical Director in Neurology at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2021, leading a team of MSLs in supporting Soliris and Ultomiris. Previously, Cynthia held multiple roles at Biogen from 2004 to 2021, including Senior Medical Science Liaison for Alzheimer's Disease, where significant contributions included team expansion and training for the Aducanumab launch. Prior to Biogen, experience includes professorship at Valencia College, a Senior Scientist role at UTHealth focused on neurodegenerative processes, and a Postdoctoral Scientist position at Baylor College of Medicine specializing in Alzheimer's research. Cynthia holds a PhD in Neuroscience from The University of Texas Medical Branch and completed the Emerging Leader Program in Organizational Leadership at Biogen.
