Jingbo Liu, MD, is a seasoned medical professional in the field of ophthalmology, currently serving as Senior Medical Director in Clinical Development at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2020. Previously, Jingbo Liu held positions at Alcon, including Sr. Clinical Development and Medical Affairs Project Lead and roles focusing on Surgical Evaluation and Bioengineering within IOL R&D. Jingbo Liu’s earlier experience includes a postdoctoral associate position at Weill Cornell Medicine and serving as an attending physician at the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College. Educational achievements include an MD in Ophthalmology and a Master’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University, complemented by a Bachelor of Medicine from Weifang Medical College.
