Kate Freeman

Kate Freeman has held significant leadership roles in corporate and internal communications, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Corporate and Internal Communications at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this, Kate Freeman spent five years at Bright Horizons, progressing through roles such as Senior Director of Internal Communications and Head of Internal Communications Center of Excellence. Earlier experience includes a position as Account Executive in Public Relations at Mullen. Kate Freeman holds both a Bachelor's degree in History and American Studies and a Master's degree in American History from Providence College.
