Kristen Roche

Kristen Roche is an accomplished professional in the healthcare and education sectors with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and nursing education. Since December 2018, Kristen has served as Associate Director of Operations and Strategy at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., following roles as Case Manager Lead and Case Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Kristen held academic positions as an Assistant Professor at both Yale University and Quinnipiac University from January 2016 to March 2022. Additionally, Kristen worked at Yale New Haven Hospital as an MSN, RN II, CNE, OCN from February 2014 to March 2022. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Nurse Education from Georgetown University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University (2005-2011).
