Shawn Edwards

Shawn Edwards, MBA, Platinum AI Certified, currently serves as the Head of U.S. Commercial & Medical IT Business Partners and Global CRM Operations for Rare Disease at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since July 2020. Prior to this role, Shawn held several significant leadership positions including Senior Director of Global Commercial IT at Baxter International, Inc., where responsibilities included leading IT Business Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and Digital Marketing Analytics. Previously, Shawn managed commercial IT and global business operations at Abbott, driving numerous strategic and innovative projects, as well as global sales and marketing initiatives at Sonova Group. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice-President of Commercial IT and Customer Operations at LJ Global Investments, achieving significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Drake University.
