Previously, Brandt held the position of Senior Vice President at Genesys and served as Vice President of Worldwide Customer Success, Renewals & Retention at RingCentral. Brandt's extensive tenure at Microsoft spanned over a decade, where roles included General Manager responsible for sales strategy in the Business Applications division and Acting Chief of Staff for the global sales organization. Brandt’s early career included significant positions at Hewlett-Packard, Keystone Strategy, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and The Corporate Executive Board, supported by an MBA in Finance/Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA in Philosophy from Mount St. Mary's University.
