Vinay Radhakrishnan

Vinay Radhakrishnan is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in drug product development and leadership roles in major pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Injectable Drug Product Development at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Radhakrishnan oversees the formulation, process development, and manufacturing of innovative injectable drug products. Previously, Radhakrishnan held several senior positions at Pfizer, including Director of Technology & Innovation and Senior Director in Bioprocess Research and Development, where notable achievements included leading teams that contributed to successful regulatory approvals and developing strategies for biotherapeutics. Radhakrishnan's career also includes significant roles at Amgen and Schering-Plough, with a strong focus on process development and technology transfer. Radhakrishnan holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, and multiple degrees in chemistry and technology from esteemed institutions.
