Louma Makkouk

Louma Makkouk is an experienced software testing and quality assurance professional with a robust background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Ingénieur test et validation at Aleysia since February 2024, previous positions include Testeuse logiciel at IVèS, where responsibilities involved designing test frameworks and automating validation tasks. Prior to that, roles at ACTOLL and Heetch focused on non-regression testing and quality assurance in mobile development. Louma gained skills in creating test cases and managing QA processes while leading the establishment of a QA department at IDS Fintech. Additional experience spans testing web applications and collaborating with development teams at ASAP Systems, as well as providing IT support at Credit Financier SAL. Louma holds a degree in ICT from the American University of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing dual Master's degrees in Computer Science at INSA Lyon and Universität Passau.
