Siarhei Labkovich

Siarhei Labkovich currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Channels for Individuals at Alfa-Bank (Belarus) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Siarhei held the position of Chief Product Officer and Head of the Mobile Financial Services Department at А1 Беларусь from August 2002 to June 2022, where responsibilities included strategy development for mobile payments, e-commerce, and e-wallets, as well as overseeing product design, IT security, and P&L management. Siarhei began a career as an Expert at BelCel JV Ltd. from May 2001 to August 2002. Siarhei holds a degree in Economics and Management in Telecommunications from the Belarusian State Academy of Communications, earned between 1997 and 2005.
