Oxana Moskovkina has extensive experience in the field of legal and compliance. Oxana started their career as a lawyer at the International Finance Corporation in 1994 and worked there until 1999. Oxana then joined Pallada Asset Management as the Head of Legal, where they worked from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they moved to Allianz ROSNO Asset Management, taking on the role of Head of Legal. In 2006, they joined Alfa Capital Asset Management as a Member of the Board, Deputy CEO, and Head of Legal & Compliance.
Oxana Moskovkina attended Volgograd State University from 1990 to 1995, where they studied civil law. Oxana then pursued further education at Volgogradskaya Akademiya Gosudarstvennoy Sluzhby from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they obtained a degree of Kandidat Yuridicheskikh Nauk (Candidate of Legal Sciences), specializing in Jurisprudence with a general focus.
