Jonathan Paris

Jonathan Paris is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Definitive Healthcare since June 2025. Previously, Jonathan held the role of General Counsel and Head of Corporate Strategy at FluidForm Bio from October 2023 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as SVP, Secretary and General Counsel at Rapid Micro Biosystems, where Jonathan played a key role in the company's initial public offering, raising over $180 million, and establishing the legal and compliance framework for public company operations. Additionally, Jonathan was VP, Deputy General Counsel at Insulet Corporation, overseeing commercial legal support across multiple functions. Jonathan began the legal career at Medtronic as Associate General Counsel.
