Vinni Thusgaard Behrens

Vinni Thusgaard Behrens is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across various roles and industries. Currently serving as Interim HR Manager at Swisspearl Danmark and part-time Head of HR at ALFA Development, Vinni also founded Krydsfelt HR, a consultancy focused on people, culture, and leadership. Previous positions include HR Manager at Flow Robotics, HR Project Manager at Skyborn Renewables, and HR Business Partner for multiple divisions at Siemens A/S. Vinni holds a Bachelor in International Market Communication and a Master's degree in Communication from Aarhus University, as well as a Diploma in Management from Copenhagen University College of Engineering.
