Jillian Pap, MBA, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people experience. Jillian currently holds the position of VP, People Experience at Goodway Group, where they are responsible for overseeing a remote team in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits and compensation, compliance, and performance management. Prior to their current role, Jillian served as the Director of People Experience (PX) at Goodway Group, where they designed and implemented an agile PX strategic roadmap to drive successful business outcomes.

Before joining Goodway Group, Jillian worked at root9B Holdings as the Senior Head of Human Resources & Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, they held progressively responsible leadership positions and oversaw human resources, procurement, and legal functions. Jillian led change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and was instrumental in managing the HR transition during a corporate merger.

Earlier in their career, Jillian worked at IPSA International, Inc, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services. In this role, they set strategic objectives for the HR department and acted as a strategic HR consultant for four business units. Jillian also served as the Director of Human Resources & Corporate Services at IPSA International, Inc, where they managed daily HR functions for domestic and international field offices and partnered with the CEO and Managing Directors to align workplace culture with strategic objectives.

Additionally, Jillian has obtained the certifications "Design Thinking for HR" from the Josh Bersin Academy in 2022 and "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn in 2019. Jillian is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
