Amina El-Marini

Amina El-Marini has extensive experience in the legal field, starting as a Legal Assistant at Hassan Bourkournia in 2005 and progressing through various roles including Legal Consultant at Amina Woods (Freelance), Sole Legal advisor at Ingram Micro, and Senior Contracts Specialist at SHI Corporation UK Limited. Amina also founded and managed AE LEGAL Ltd, providing legal services for start-ups and SMEs. Most recently, Amina served as the Global Legal and Commercial Director at Alfa Financial Software, after roles as Senior Lead Legal Counsel at TIBCO, where they oversaw legal matters in Northern EMEA.

Amina El-Marini completed a Master of Laws (LLM) from De Montfort University in 2018. Prior to that, they studied Corporate, Civil, and Contract Law at CILEX Law School from 2010 to 2013. Amina also attended Kingston College from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Law, Philosophy, English, French, and Psychology. Additionally, they completed training at the Pitman Training Group from 2005 to 2008.
