Jacek Szymanski

Jacek Szymanski currently serves as Head of Platform & Governance at Alfa Laval, overseeing IT Infrastructure, Group Information Security, and various governance initiatives since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jacek held several positions at Duni AB from September 2005 to April 2022, including Head of Value Stream Lead to Cash IT and Process Development & CIO, managing global IT operations and significant budgets. Jacek also has experience as Director of Customer Service Development Europe, focusing on process and system alignment across 15 organizations. Earlier roles include Project Manager for business and information systems at Duni AB and arvato services Polska, alongside a foundational position as a Software Developer at Bertelsmann Service Center Poland. Jacek holds a Master of Arts degree in Information Technology in Economy from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
