Luciano Castelletti

Luciano Castelletti's work experience begins in 1999 as a Controller for CFS Convenience Food Company, where they were responsible for group management, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. In 2005, they joined INVATEC / MEDTRONIC as Group Treasury Manager / Group Controller, overseeing intercompany cash management, budgeting, reporting, and product costing. Luciano also led projects on cash flow forecasting, ERP migration, and implementing sales planning tools. In 2010, Castelletti became the Chief Financial Officer at Cofemo Industrie, handling financial management and control. Luciano then moved to Italian Gasket Spa in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and to CHERUBINI GROUP in 2018, where they served as Group Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations, M&A activities, and legal and fiscal issues. In 2021, they joined Test Industry Srl as Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial management, M&A operations, and implementing group reporting and control systems.
