Shamik Dey has extensive experience in technical support and project management within various engineering sectors. Currently serving in an internal service support role at Alfa Laval since December 2021, Shamik facilitates technical support and enhances customer service functions. Prior to this, Shamik worked at Normet Group in multiple roles from September 2017 to December 2021, including service specialist/planner, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management activities, and service engineer, providing troubleshooting and training across various locations in India.
