Stephen Woolhouse

Stephen Woolhouse is an accomplished finance professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Finance Director and Business Controller at Alfa Laval since May 2019, Stephen oversees the Shared Services function, managing a team of 19 and acting as a trusted partner to function heads within the UK&I Management Team. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Group Financial Controller at Redwood Technologies, where responsibilities included financial reporting, compliance, and due diligence for a minority stake sale. Stephen's career also includes key roles at SHL, where as Commercial Operations Director, financial planning and analysis were emphasized, and earlier positions at Courtyard Property Group Ltd, MRO Software, and Baker Tilly, showcasing a strong background in financial management and audit. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Essex.
