Ted C. Esplin has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and business sectors. Theodore (Ted) C. began their career at BRM Motorsports as an Engineer, Crew Chief, and Mechanic from 1984 to 1988. Following that, they worked at Harris Corporation as a Sr. Design Engineer from 1987 to 1990, where they managed a large-scale government-funded antenna development program and introduced advanced composites into aircraft antenna design. Ted then joined Alfa Laval, where they held several positions, including Marketing Coordinator from 1991 to 1993, Marketing Manager from 1993 to 1995, Business Manager from 1996 to 2000, Segment Manager and Global Business Unit Manager from 2001 to 2006, and finally Global Market Unit Manager (Vice President/General Manager) from 2007 onwards. Throughout their career, Ted has demonstrated expertise in managing large projects, implementing cost reduction measures, and driving business growth.

Ted C. Esplin's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
