Matilde la Guardia

Matilde La Guardia is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Product Manager at Alfa Romeo since July 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Maserati, where Matilde held several key roles, including Motorsport Activities Responsible, focusing on the MC20 GT2 and MCXtrema concepts, and Super Sport Vehicle Architecture Responsible for the MC20 ICE and BEV initiatives. Prior to Maserati, Matilde contributed to Ferrari as a Diagnosis Engineer and Racing Technical Trainer from January 2011 to June 2013. Matilde's career also encompasses experience as a Sport Driver and Race Engineer in various motorsport environments from 1998 to 2012. An academic background includes a Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
