Christiane Irani

Christiane Irani is an experienced professional in customer operations with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Alfa Telecommunications since September 2004, Christiane defines and implements strategies that enhance customer service and management across various teams, including the contact center and customer support. Previously, Christiane held roles at Cellis managed by France Telecom Mobile Liban, including Head of Back Office Unit, where responsibilities involved overseeing multiple sub-units to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
