Josette Aoun

Josette Aoun is a highly experienced IT professional with over 27 years in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Information Technology Infrastructure at Alfa Telecommunications since October 2011, Josette is responsible for developing IT infrastructure strategies and managing a wide range of engineering and operations activities. Prior to this role, Josette was the Head of Business Support at Fal Dete, overseeing IT strategy and critical operations including web development and IT services. Josette also held the position of Head of Network Infrastructure Engineering at France Telecom Mobile Liban, where responsibilities included setting the strategy and roadmap for the GSM mobile core network. Josette holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
