Rouba Mansour

Rouba Mansour is a Senior Radio Access Network Optimization Engineer at Alfa Telecommunications since May 2015, specializing in analyzing, designing, and developing technical solutions tailored to customer specifications and business needs. Responsibilities include optimizing the performance of radio sites through parameter tuning and recommending RF network redesigns. Previously, Rouba served as a RAN Filed Measurement Engineer, focusing on 2G/3G/LTE cluster optimization and performance management.
