Antje Machon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of Customer Success Management, Professional Services, and Partner Management at Alfabet GmbH, a Bizzdesign Company, since March 2007. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer, Antje leads various customer-centric initiatives while also holding titles such as Subject Matter Expert in Governance Risk and Compliance, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a pivotal role at Software AG as Director of the Regional ALFABET Competence Centre, where Antje oversaw team management, presales activities, partner management, and IT Portfolio Management.
