Balu Purohit

Balu Purohit is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in developing innovative solutions in data modeling and analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Alfahive Inc. since April 2022, Balu has spearheaded the construction of a graph database and developed a novel susceptibility model leveraging the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Prior to this, experience at Mindtree included significant contributions as a Research Engineer, focusing on signature verification using deep learning frameworks and custom time-series forecasting models for sensor data. Balu commenced a professional journey in data science as a Junior Research Engineer and Deep Learning Intern, gaining foundational skills in various machine learning techniques. Balu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Chottubhai Gopalbhai Patel Institute of Technology.
