Muhammad Farid

Muhammad Farid is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and digital management. Currently serving as the Service Product & Partnership Manager at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk since September 2016, Muhammad has overseen the creation and management of Alfamind's warehouse operations across Indonesia. Additional roles include Digital Business Project Manager, where Muhammad contributed to the development of innovative shopping tools like AlfaPOP and the alfamind@indihome initiative in collaboration with Telkom. Previous experience includes positions at ORIFLAME COSMETICS and CNI Indonesia, where responsibilities involved market development, business process re-engineering, and relationship management. Academically, Muhammad holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Bunda Mulia University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Universitas Budi Luhur.
