Laura Sofia Riascos Vela

Laura Sofia Riascos Vela is an experienced marketing and operations professional currently serving as the Latam Marketing Manager for AlfaPeople since May 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Business Program Manager/BG Lead Business Apps at Microsoft, where responsibilities included leading the Business Apps strategy for Colombia and the Andean South Region. Laura co-founded and managed operations at Telolavo, focusing on product development and data infrastructure. In earlier roles at Polymath Ventures, Laura served as Product Manager, leading initiatives in sales team setup, tool design for customer engagement, and agile marketing strategies. Laura holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has pursued further education in Neuromanagement and Business Analytics.
