Victor Manuel Augusto Morales Benavides is the CEO of Alfi since November 2019 and has held various roles within the fintech ecosystem, including Mentor at Seedstars and Startup Founder at Fintech Cadence, where efforts focus on supporting fintech startups in Canada. Additionally, Victor served as Second Vice President of Asociación Fintech del Perú and was an active participant as an Alumni in startup accelerators such as Startupbootcamp and Start-Up Chile. With a strong background in finance, Victor has held positions as Portfolio Manager at Capital Wealth Inc. and Analyst at San Fernando. Currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees in finance, economics, and public management, Victor aims to enhance expertise in decision-making and social leadership.
