Jez Earnshaw

Jez Earnshaw has a wealth of experience in the fields of business development and operations. Jez began their career in 2010 with HM Forces, where they held the role of DComd 29 EOD & Search Gp. In 2013, they joined the British Military as CIED LO to Pakistan. In 2014, they moved to CBRNExcellence Ltd, where they were a Director. In 2016, they joined Alford Technologies as Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Lead. Jez also worked at Cassandra Risk Mitigation Ltd as Director Business Development. In 2021, they joined Counter EO UK as Chair.

Jez Earnshaw began their education in 1980 at Hymers College and continued until 1988. From 1989 to 1992, they attended the University of Birmingham, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering. In 1992 and 1993, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Jez then attended the UK Joint Service Combined Staff College from 2009 to 2010, where they received a Psc(j) in Defence Studies.
