Sanjeev Kapur

Sanjeev Kapur currently serves as the President of Ladder Insurance, overseeing Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Business Operations since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sanjeev held various leadership positions at LinkedIn from February 2013 to June 2021, culminating in the role of Vice President of Marketing, where responsibilities included leading a team of approximately 250 professionals across digital marketing and monetization strategies. Sanjeev also gained experience at Google as part of the Business Operations and Strategy team, and at McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant. Sanjeev holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
