Ion Popan

Ion Popan is an experienced technologist with a robust background in CADD and engineering support. Currently serving as Technologist II at Alfred Benesch & Company since March 2022, Ion previously held the position of Senior CADD Technician at Signal South, LLC from May 2019 to April 2022, and Senior Engineering Technician at R. J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC between October 2017 and May 2019, where responsibilities included supporting design processes and producing high-quality CADD drawings for various railroad accounts. Ion's earlier roles as CADD Technician II and I at Xorail involved creating design plans and maintaining file management systems for significant accounts such as Norfolk Southern.
