John Kliner

John Kliner is an accomplished instructional technologist and music producer with extensive experience in both education and the recording industry. Currently serving as Instructional Technologist II for Online Programs at the University of Alabama since January 2000, John supports the development of online classes within the College of Continuing Studies. In addition, John has been the owner, recording engineer, and producer at Southern Breeze Recording/RENILKMusic since March 1996, producing albums for local artists. John's career in audio engineering spans several roles, including On-Air Engineer at WTTO Channel 21 and Chief Engineer at Vent Records, as well as contributing to numerous prestigious recording studios and working with notable artists such as Michael Jackson and Shania Twain. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a degree in Interactive Technology at the University of Alabama Graduate School.
