Sandra brings a wealth of expertise in the planning and implementation of quality-based, integrated human resources programs to Benesch. Immediately prior to joining the firm, she served as CHRO for YMCA Metro Chicago, where she led all strategic initiatives related to human capital and organizational growth.
Sandra is dedicated to leadership and professional development, employee training, benefits, and recruitment. As a key member of the Corporate Management Team and several other advisory committees, she plays an integral role in strengthening the company’s culture while fostering the continued growth of equity, diversity, and inclusion; learning; and other engagement initiatives.
